(01) The company

Farmerz connects farmers with idle land across Nigeria, so they can lease fertile farmland instead of buying it, and landowners earn from land that would otherwise sit unused.

(02) The challenge

Land in Nigeria sits idle while farmers go without, because finding, trusting and paying for a plot is slow, informal and risky for both sides.

(03) What we built

Farmer workspace
Dashboard, AI matches scored on crops, soil, budget and distance, active leases and messages.
Landowner workspace
Listings with photos, soil data and water access, lease requests and a guided add-listing flow.
Admin
Overview, users, listing verification and a full transaction ledger.
Trust built in
Verified listings, digital leases signed in-app and rent paid through Paystack with a clear paper trail.
