Damov cover

Damov runs scheduled, capacity-guaranteed shuttle services across Abuja. Riders book a seat on their corridor, pay what they see, scan to board, and employers can cover their share.

Public transport runs on cash, guesswork and crowded doors. To make scheduled shuttles profitable, every role in the operation needed its own tool, all writing to one source of truth.

  1. Control

A command centre for the operating day: dispatch, fleet, bookings and boarding, incidents, revenue reconciliation, and costs and economics per route.

  2. Hub & terminal

Ticket sales, departures and cash sessions for terminal staff, built for speed at the gate.

  3. Driver app

Assignment, vehicle inspection, current trip, stops, incidents and a shift summary.

  4. Rider app & institutions

Riders book, hold tickets and track trips. Institutions see programme usage and budget spend for staff transport.

  5. Admin

Organisations, users and roles, access policies, data imports and an audit and security trail.

[ Outcome ]

Six role-based products running as one operating system, so a bus company can see revenue, cost and on-time performance per corridor instead of guessing.
